Go to the new LDEO VPN website:
https://vpn.ldeo.columbia.edu
Log in with your LDEO Username and Password.
After you have successfully logged in you will be able to download and
install the new "OpenVPN Connect" Client (or download the new
configuration file). Select the appropriate OS, and the file will be downloaded to your computer.
Once downloaded, double click the downloaded client file to install in your computer.
After installation,
For Windows, you will find the OpenVPN icon in the system tray. Click to launch the application.
For Mac, the OpenVPN is installed in the Applications folder. Navigate there to launch the service.
Once launched, select vpn.ldeo.columbia.edu to connect. You need to enter your LDEO Username and Password to connect.
